As a whole school we gathered in the School Hall where every child (and staff member) had the opportunity to share the books they had brought in to discuss, read and enjoy them. Instantly, children were on their tummies, talking to all different aged children and fully immersed within their books. This was so lovely to see and we will be encouraging this more within the school day and suggest time at home to do this too!
